Drapers does not weave: it chooses. Since 1956 the Bologna house has selected and distributed suiting fabrics for tailors and menswear shops in Italy and around the world. Its signature lies in the eye: recognisable patterns and colours, chosen for those who want a classic suit that does not go unnoticed.

The collection covers the entire tailored wardrobe, from worsteds for formal suits to flannels, tweeds and cottons. Since 2018 Drapers has been part of the Vitale Barberis Canonico group, and today it distributes worldwide the Solaro® Made in Italy capsule that the Biella mill produces under exclusive licence.
