Italy: 24/48 hours (72 hours for islands and remote locations)
European Union: 72/96 hours
Non-EU countries: variable depending on destination and customs controls

Carrier: GLS (two delivery attempts, storage up to 14 days). Optional services such as GLS Smart Delivery or GLS Flex Delivery may be used if available.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
