Since 1903 Fratelli Tallia di Delfino has woven fabrics for fine menswear tailoring in Strona.
In 1903 Delfino Tallia opened the mill in Strona, in a Biella valley of pure water and an ancient wool tradition. More than a century later, all production is still there, and the craft still passes from father to son among local workers. In 2023 Poste Italiane celebrated the mill’s 120 years with a stamp.
The Tallia di Delfino name is tied to the finest suiting cloth: superfine worsteds with a silky hand, cashmere and silk blends, classics such as Prince of Wales check and herringbone, interpreted with restraint. Since 2008 the mill has been part of Marzotto Group.
