Average transit times:

• Italy: 24/48 hours (72 hours for islands and remote locations)

• European Union: 72/96 hours

• Non-EU countries: delivery times vary depending on destination and customs controls

Courier used: GLS, which provides two delivery attempts and storage for up to 14 days. Where available, optional services such as GLS Smart Delivery or GLS Flex Delivery may be used according to the courier’s terms and conditions.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, ownership and risk pass to the customer.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return one or more items within 30 days from delivery.

Return options:

• Size exchange for the same item (subject to availability)

• Store credit equal to the value of the returned product

• We do not issue cash refunds.

Return costs:

• First return: free of charge

• Second return for the same order: €15, deducted from the store credit

In the event the right to return is forfeited, we will send the purchased product back to you, charging you for shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.
